ASIA

The Central India landscape is home to over 20% of the global tiger population as well as vibrant indigenous peoples & local communities, agriculture, mining and infrastructure. Tigers can still move between the protected areas in the landscape through mosaics of agriculture and forest patches, but maintaining this connectivity into the future will take innovation, collaboration and a strategic vision.

Wildlife Connect aims to build on these successes in 4 additional landscapes, one on each continent

Asia: Central India landscape
Europe: Carpathians landscape
Latin America: Chaco-Pantanal (PACHA) landscape.
Africa: Southern Kenya Northern Tanzania (SOKNOT) landscape
